In the years that followed the financial crisis that swept the globe. Cities and towns, whole countries cut back on costly services, leading to a wave of terrorism and crime.
Sadly, for the normal residents of any community, terrorists took priority to stop. As a result, the police and other law-enforcement agencies took to joining forces with private industry for safety of those that needed protection.
In Alder Creek, Pacifica, W.C., “thirty-third largest city in the Western Confederacy” they contracted with a company that some people called it a deal with the devil.
